WHOLE SALMON
We offers both HOG (head-on gutted) and HG (head-off gutted) whole salmon. This product will be delivered frozen.
Sizes vary from 1 to 9 kg fish and are packed according to your specifications and needs.
FILLETS
The salmon fillets are made at our processing factories from the freshest raw material to ensure the highest quality possible. The fillets are cut based on a trimming scale from A to F, depending on the customers requirement and packed according to your wish.
MACKEREL
Best Quality Frozen Mackerel Fish (Scomber Scombrus)
– Mackerel is a significant source of essential Omega-3 fatty acids, with 2991 mg of fatty acids provided just from one fillet. It contains more omega-3 than any other fatty fish, and mackerel is also an inexpensive fish. Omega-3 fatty acids have a wide array of health effects, and inside the body, they have anti-inflammatory functions.

COD FILLETS
Our Cod is wild caught and fillets are cut each day and never contain preservatives, chemicals, or additives. Inters hell’s cod fillets are a popular choice for those who prefer a mild-tasting fish; the fillets are great for grilling, searing, or to include in your favorite fish taco recipe.

This Whole Fresh Atlantic Cod Fish is perfect for grilling, filleting or broiling for that special dinner party or special event.
HADDOCK
Whole scrod haddock is a delicious, popular fish that can be served hot from the broiler, saucepan, or grill. With whole haddock, you have access to all parts of the fish to use – some love to use the fish head and bones to make fish stock.
HADDOCK FILLETS
These are whole haddock fillets. They contain pin bones (for boneless, buy fillet / loin steaks or portions). Smaller fillets are great for pan frying.

SAITHE FILLETS
Sustainable Wild-caught Frozen Saithe fillets (Pollachius virens) shines like silver and tastes like gold. This silvery fish is very versatile, and quite simply an excellent seafood. Its meat is firmer than the cod’s, which makes the fish equally suited for cooking, pan-frying, or barbecuing, and you can use it in casseroles, soups, or oven dishes.
